In the southeastern part of Uda City, Nara, Mount Torimi (鳥見山) rises quietly toward the sky of the Yamato region.

Standing at the 735-meter summit, the Yamato Basin spreads out wide before you. The trees that surrounded you just moments ago have become a distant ridgeline.

The roads below look like thin threads. The person who was walking there feels like someone from a faraway place.

No matter what difficult circumstances you are in right now,

no one can ever "put chains on your heart."

"I can't, because of this."  "I'm suffering, because of that."

But could it be that you yourself are the one putting those chains on your own heart?

Step out of the cage.

Because the door has always been open.

Perhaps it took climbing a whole mountain to notice the door. But now you can see what was invisible from the valley below.
